Ese Arokamoni is a leadership strategist and organizational development professional passionate about helping leaders and teams improve performance, strengthen workplace culture, and lead with greater intentionality and effectiveness.
She is the Founder and Director at KERA, a leadership development and management consulting company focused on equipping organizations with practical leadership, people development, and performance growth solutions across corporate, healthcare, and educational sectors.
With experience facilitating leadership and professional development sessions for healthcare institutions, corporate teams, and emerging leaders across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, Ese is known for delivering practical, engaging, and transformational learning experiences that drive both personal growth and organizational impact. Her work focuses on leadership effectiveness, team performance, workplace culture, communication, executive development, and organizational growth.
Ese has worked with professionals within major healthcare environments including Pure Health and other healthcare groups across the region, bringing a unique blend of strategic leadership insight and frontline operational understanding.
She is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Trainer, Speaker and Coach, a Fellow at the Institute of Management Consultants, and serves in multiple leadership and advisory capacities. Through her speaking, consulting, and leadership development work, she continues to help organizations build stronger leaders, healthier teams, and high-performing workplace cultures.
